Childcare & Kinder Photography Booking Process (for Directors)

1. Contact Us to Book

  • Get in touch with our team as early as possible to secure your preferred photo week for 2026.

  • Photography sessions are available from February through November.

  • Please note: During public holiday weeks, we may need to adjust dates to accommodate smaller centers.

2. Confirmation & Promotional Materials

  • You will receive a digital promotion poster from us via email that can be printed and placed on the doors at the entrance of the the centre so parents are aware of the dates for photo week.

  • Please print and display this at the centre entrance to notify parents of the upcoming photography session.

3. Optional Sample Album

  • Interested in seeing our work? We’re happy to provide a sample album showcasing a child’s set of photographs.

4. Parent Registration

  • Parents will receive an email invitation to register their child.

  • No registration fee is required.

  • Only registered children will be photographed – this ensures we have proper consent/permission to take photos of your child. If you are not registered by the week photos commence your child may miss out. 

5. Photo Week

  • We work closely with your staff to ensure smooth operation during photo week.

  • We aim to photograph each child on their regular attendance days. For children attending only 1–2 days a week, we may schedule accordingly.

  • Some children may take time to warm up – we recommend having children dressed and photo-ready all week to ensure we capture the best moments.

6. Viewing & Ordering

  • About one week after photo week, parents will receive a secure link and unique code to view their child’s private online gallery.

  • Parents will have 10 days to place their orders.

  • Please note: Group photos will not be provided digitally to protect the privacy of all children.

7. Delivery

  • Ordered photos will be printed and delivered back to your centre within 3 weeks of the order closing date.
