Ordering information for Families
Parents will need to register their child online by no later than Friday the week before we attend the centre.

This is so we can plan our schedule and not be interrupted when we are busy trying to photograph children at the centre. We usually have a limited window of 8.30 - 11.30am between morning tea, nappy changes lunch and naps etc. So please if you wish to have your child photographed, we just need you to register your details in advance in order to not miss out. We have made the process as easy as possible for you.
We want to give our full focus to the task at hand which is photographing the children. We also need to know how many photographers to attend the centre each day.
By registering online it eliminates the room for error with handwriting and incorrect email addresses.
There is no registration fee with no obligation to purchase and no minimum spend.

Only registered children will be photographed – this ensures we have proper consent/permission to take photos of your child.
How to Order Your Child’s Photos
We will share a secure password protected link to your child’s gallery link with you via email the week after we have visited your centre (usually on the following Monday), so please keep an eye out for it. Occasionally these emails can land in your junk or spam folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
The email will include a secure, password-protected link to your child’s private gallery. From there, you will be able to:
- View all of the photos taken of your child
- Select your favourite images
- Browse and purchase from our available photo packages
There is no minimum order, and individual prints can also be purchased directly through our photography platform, ShootProof.
The copyright/watermark will be removed upon purchase.

Order Cut-Off Date
The order cut-off date for your centre will be exactly 2 weeks after the gallery is shared with you.
We will send email reminders a couple of days before the cut-off date to help ensure no one misses out.
Orders can still be placed after the cut-off date, however they may incur delays as they will get processed with out next batch of prints and shipping costs will apply as these orders will no longer be included in the centre’s bulk delivery, they will be delivered directly to you.
We aim to deliver all printed photo orders and albums to your childcare centre within 3-4 weeks of the order cut-off date.
If you purchase digital items, you will receive an email shortly after placing your order with a link to download your child’s images.

Please note
The best individual photograph of each child is selected by our team and included in the composite image, with each child's name displayed beneath their photo or at the bottom of the print. Only children who have been registered for photography are included in the composite/yearbook-style class photographs.
